Anybody have any ideas? Cheap but good quality?

At you local garden store, Lowes, Home Depot. Wal Mart.

Reply:If you buy clay pots they dont make it through the winter if you are in the Northeast and the soild drys out too fast. I like buying my pots at Walmart or Kmart--they are cheaper than a garden center typically. If you live by a Christmas Tree shop, they have the best pots for the money. If you are buying it for the house make sure you have a saucer to collect excess water. Do not use a saucer outside however because it is not good for the plant and any excess water will attract mosquitos. Make sure your planter has a drainage hole. If you buy a large pot, fill the bottom with packing styrofoam peanuts and it will make it easy and lighter to move the pot around and will also allow extra drainage for the plant.
