When you buy a bunch of roses they come with little white flowers that look like buds..what are they called?

they are the buds of a flower known as Gypsophila muralis

Reply:if they have small pointy leaves,they are proabably White Gypsophila,with both annual,and perennial varieties,also available in pale pink.It grows to about 20-24 inches (60-70cm tall.and prefers a not too wet soil,with plenty of organic material worked in.They mostly flower in July and August,and are used as an edging plant in herbaceous borders,
