No matter what a company says they cannot sell you flowers at the wholesale price. Florists have to have a permit to get wholesale prices. The general public cannot get the best prices for flowers. I would suggest going to a flower market in your area (It would have to be a major city like San Francisco, CA) Or you can try some websites that advertise better prices to the public like globalrose.com, farmdirect.com, onlinewholesaleflowers.com (But they are a bit pricey in my opinion). You can always ask other florists in your area. Some may be able to get you a better price then what you can get. Prices flextuate dramatically. Where can you buy flowers at wholesale prices for a wedding?
Most large cities have wholesale flower markets. You didn't say where you live, but if you do a search on "wholesale flowers" followed by the name of the nearest city, you should be able to find what you're looking for.
Reply:Check costco. They even offer you a package for wedding flower and it's pretty reasonable compare that you get your flower from flower designer/florist.
