Reply:I don't live in Texas or even in the states however where I do live there are several flower growers in the area. At any time a dozen roses are $10 you just happen to have a choice of only what is available right then.
Check your area for flower growers, floral greenhouses or floral wholesalers. Also make it one belated gift and 11 early ones.
