Making my own flowers for my wedding wanting silk ones. The ones I have found seem to be so expensive though.

We used these for my sister, they are nice looking ones, a real bargain if you don't mind wiring and taping the heads yourself.

We used those for "main" flower and a few other variety and color flowers for contrast....Cake topper, bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, decorated centerpieces, etc, all totalled less than $40.
Reply:you can get them on ebay. just make sure they say look as good and real and check the feedback to see what others say. you can get latex ones aswell which would look even more real

Reply:The reason they are so expensive is because they don't expire. You would do better buying fresh flowers. I don't recommend bride's doing their own florals without knowing how though. You could ruin all the flowers you buy if you don't know how to process and care for them correctly. It isn't as easy as it looks ;) Have you tried going to a florist in your area and letting them know your budget?
