What kind of flowers to buy a dance teacher?

For Christmas I'd like to get my ballet /tap/ jazz teacher a small bouquet of flowers but I have no idea what kind! Any ideas?

((I know I have a long time to think about it, but I tend to get excited when it comes to christmas =D ))

Go to a flower shop and ask the florist for his/her oinion. They have many different kinds of arrangements that include coffee mugs or teddy bears or whatever. Lots of nice ideas.
Reply:Maybe buy flowers in their own dirt - like a plant that can be kept alive for ages and may even bloom next year. Cut flowers are gorgeous, but v expensive and the plant idea means that you get to see the flowers several time.

Azaleas are blooming now aren't they? Or a Christmas cactus with those long red blooms.

Keep dancing anyway, warm up and cool down too.
Reply:Something bright and fun, like Lilies or Zinnias.
Reply:Pose-ies? lol

I know, I know......that was baaaaaaaaad!!!!

Any flower would do, I would think. I would try to stay in the red and white range, though. Also, you might want to ask your florist to add a touch of glittery or sparkly sprays or ribbons. Sparkles are always dazzling to everyone.

I think I'd ask for plenty of varied greenery, too. Ask for a little bit of fern type greenery and some of the soft wispy kinds, too. It is a cheap way to make your bouquet larger.

Hope this helps.....I used to be a florist
Reply:if it is a girl get her carnations if it is a guy get him roses%26lt;3
