My husband hurt my feelings yesterday. He came home from work and announced that he was going to Fresno, a 50 mile drive, to drop off a paper and buy something for a friend of his which could be ordered and mailed to him. The reason this hurt me, is because he works out of town and I miss him. He is only home 2-3 days a week and the moment he walked through the door he announced he was taking off again. After I threw a fit and screamed at him, I found out that he had planned to take me with him. He wanted to take me out to eat first, then drive to Fresno.
So here's the problem. I was really mean to him. When it's his fault, he will buy me flowers or something like that. I want to make it up to him, but I think he wouldn't enjoy flowers at all. Got any better ideas?
What should I do? Buy flowers for a guy?
The flowers do have meaning to you both. Hoping that he gets the massage, I recommend the flowers.
Reply:A suggestion: Apologize, then treat him to something relaxing, you are probably both stressed out.
Reply:Honestly, one day or night when he comes home leave him a letter somewhere where he can find it telling him to meet you in the bedroom and be there in something really sexy and give him anything he wants that always makes things right. Also apologize when your done.
