I want to be able to make my biscuits, cookies look great with some decorations I dont have to make myself, can be novelty or flowers etc

There is the place to go if you don't have a Wilton cake decorating store in your area or a cake bakery shop, many sell flowers and little fancy icing decorations. If there isn't one try this web site maybe it will be of some help. www.wilton.com
