I am going to Spain, and would like to know if I can buy flowers in Atlanta Int. airport to take with me?

I would like to take flowers to Spain, and was wondering if that would be possible, since it is an international flight, and with customs in Spain. Also, I would like to know if I can buy the flowers in the airport.

I fly through ATL several times a year, and I was there just last week. I have never seen a flower shop, but I never leave the terminals. If you have time, leave the passengers only area as if you are leaving the airport. In the arrivals greeting hall there might be a flower shop. Keep in mind that you will have to go back through security, so only do this if you aren't in a hurry! Before you buy anything, check with airport security or a customs officer, as I am not sure if you will actually be allowed to take the flowers to Spain. Another nice gift could be a teddy bear, and they do have those in the gift shop for sure!

While you are in Spain, try to go to Andalusia, it is beautiful this time of year!

Good luck and have fun!
Reply:why bother carrying that with you all the way there .. get em in spain .. they are better out there . i used to live there and i know it from a fact .
Reply:Thats a long flight to deal with flowers... you wont want to smash them but you wont want to hold them the whole way either... I would buy them there...
